We offer and recommend a preliminary inspection by our authorized technician. The aim is to give an expert opinion on the technical possibility of installation as well as on the most optimal and aesthetically pleasing way without disturbing the integrity of the interior.

1. Recommended preliminary inspection by an authorized technical representative of Pure Pro Ltd.;
2. Output of ½ and shut-off valve. In case there is no shut-off valve and a separate outlet for us, we should make a branch of the dishwasher, cold tap water, boiler. In such cases it may be necessary to stop the water from a central faucet. We use a 6 mm soft connection to power the device with water;
3. Power supply at a distance of up to 1 m;
4. Water pressure min. 3 bar;
5. No reverse channel is required;
6. Install a pressure reducing valve and a leakage prevention device.

Prophylaxis of filtering machines implies a visit every six months.

1. Replacement of Multifilter System ;
2. Replacement of UV every 6 months on models where is available;
3. Basic review and replacement of waste components;
4. Sanitation of cold cycle with appropriate preparation;
5. Decalcification if necessary.

Removal of technical damage: up to 6 hours for Sofia, Pernik, Botevgrad, Vratsa, Targovishte, Razgrad, Shumen, Silistra, Dobrich, Pernik Varna, Burgas, Blagoevgrad, Gabrovo, Sevlievo, Plovdiv, Pazardzhik and the adjacent smaller settlements;

Removal of technical damage up to 24 hours for all other regions;

1. The combination of filters we use to purify drinking water is based on activated charcoal;
2. Sediment filter: 5 micron - removes all coarse particles;
3. GAC 10 micron filter - removes chlorine and improves taste and smell;
4. CBC filter - removes all particles, incl. viruses of size ≤ 1 micron;

Drinking water, including bottled, usually contains small amounts of different pollutants. As we meet EPA standards, there is no threat for your health, even for people with weak immune systems and children who have special needs.

After our filtration system, the water has an optimum pH of 6.8 to 7.0

Very good. The main problems are related to an old water transmission network, and chlorine. Chlorine is needed to protect water from microbiological contamination. The combination of activated charcoal filters we use removes these rather aesthetic problems. Laboratory analyzes show that the water after filtration contains no residual chlorine.

Yes, the mineral composition of the water is almost completely preserved.
